Subscriptions Documentation

Plan Subscriptions

Premium features are available to users who subscribe to a plan. This documentation page provides an overview of the subscription process, including how to subscribe, manage your subscription, and payment history.

Click the buttons below to see some of the premium features.

Subscribing to a Plan

Choose the reporter profile you want to subscribe to a plan for. You can do this by going to the "Reporter Profile" page and clicking on the "View Subscription Plans" button.

Note:

If you have multiple reporter profiles, you need to subscribe to a plan for each profile separately. Each profile has its own subscription and payment history. If you subscribe to a plan for a profile, it will not affect the subscription status of other profiles.

Any team member who has access to the reporter profile can use the premium features. However, only the owner of the profile can create subscriptions, manage the subscription, and see the payment history.

Choose a plan that suits your needs and click on the "Subscribe" button. The checkout page will guide you through the payment process. You will be redirected to PayPal's website to complete the payment.

Managing the Subscription

Click on the "Manage Subscription" button to view your current subscription status, payment history, and manage your subscription. You can also cancel your subscription from this page.

If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to the premium features until the end of the current billing period. After that, your subscription will be downgraded to the free plan, and you will lose access to the premium features.

You can choose to instantly terminate your subscription, which will immediately remove access to the premium features. However, this is not recommended as you will lose access to the features you have paid for.

Upgrading/Downgrading a Subscription

If you have already subscribed to a plan and you want to change your subscription plan, you can do so at any time.

Choosing a new plan

If you change your plan, you may be asked to pay the price difference if the new plan is more expensive than your current plan.

If you switch to a cheaper plan, you will not receive a refund for the difference in price, instead you will be allowed to use the current plan until the end of the billing period, after which your subscription will be downgraded to the new plan.

Upgrading your plan may take two steps

You will be presented with two options when you are upgrading your plan. If you choose to upgrade immediately, you will be taken to PayPal's website to pay the difference in price. After that, you will be able to subscribe to the new plan.

If you choose to upgrade at the end of the current billing period, you will not be charged for a difference in price. Instead, your subscription will be upgraded automatically at the end of the current billing period, and you will be charged for the new plan at that time.

Due to how PayPal handles subscriptions, if you are upgrading your plan immediately, you may need to first pay a one-time fee on PayPal's website to cover the difference in price between your current plan and the new plan.

This will top up your account with the difference in price, and then you will be able to subscribe to the new plan.

Subscribing to a new plan will require you to visit PayPal's website for the second time and confirm the change.

View Payment History

Subscription management page also allows you to view your payment history. You can see all the payments you have made for your subscription, including the date, amount, and status of each payment.

Download invoices for your payments by clicking on the "Invoice" button next to each payment.

If you have any issues with your payments, you can contact our support team for assistance. We will be happy to help you resolve any issues you may have with your subscription or payments.
