How manys company use our Report

It would be a good idea to show a percent or use of our report,

Example: If we report a Fraud IP and someone use this details and deny to accept his order then show this in our "Submitted fraud client list"?

I don't see how that would be beneficial for participating companies. Can you elaborate the motivation behind the idea?
