Fraud Points & Your Report Blank

I've been using FraudRecord for a while now, but since the latest WHMCS update my FraudRecord addon doesn't show anything under the Fraud Points and Your Report fields. I can still report fraud orders and check fraud points using the buttons.

Is anyone else having this problem on WHMCS 5.1.3? Hopefully someone will know of a fix.
