Feature Request: Notification

I know this one would be big with all of us.  If a customer we previously search for gets flagged by someone else, we get a notification or maybe a way to cron job our database to check all "Green" customers and notify if any of them get flagged.  I have had more than one customer be clear, but they get reported a day or two later.
