Title: Report suspecious order to yourself for record?

Hello,

Sometimes providers cancel order because of they think order is suspicious but If customer is fraud/spammer then again they create a new account after a week or month and pay us from same paypal account and use same address, phone number.

To prevent this, please add a feature to report order only for record purpose and do not report to fraudrecord.com?(eg: only store record in whmcs db(locally) and do not report to fraudrecord website)
