It's the red flag traditional "dedicated server" customer inquiry:
Message: Hi.
I would like to order server with IP's. Could you please help to me with this?
Thank you and have a nice day.
Hello,
We are new company and we need dedicated servers for business. We prefer server
with monthly contract and 4 IP's.
What can you provide? I will be happy to hear your proposals.
Thank you for reply

I'm receiving the same today from "bay-hosting.com", typical pre-sale question from spammers:

Hi, I want to order dedicated server. It must be with 500 GB HDD, 4GB RAM. CentOs 6.7(64bit) is preferable, 4 IPv4. Do you accept payment by credit card (AMEX)?

Typical server specs, but curiously low amount of IPs. Are they getting desperate for fresh IPs?
Couple years back requests were often 256 IPs and such.

They have no chanche for that thanks to fraudrecord :)
