Title: My Queries are always score of 0 with confidence of 0.0

Folks, I'm trying to use the interface. I'm getting results of 0 for the score and reliability of 0.0. No matter what parameters I use. From Email only to full email, name, ip, address and phone. But I get no error codes. Anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong?

When you make a query, you are searching a database. Random emails/names or information that's not in our database will return 0 points. What search queries are you using? You can contact us (https://fraudrecord.com/contact/) privately if you want to submit sensitive data.
