Title: Problem Making a Query

I am getting the following error when trying to make a query:

"Please make sure you entered the required values."

This happens no matter what data combination I try.

Never had this problem a few months ago.

Thoughts?

Im still getting this error via the API and also getting same error if I try to submit a new record.
