I have now contacted them telling them they have violated the terms of service and cancelled the server. not heard back from anyone yet, but has 2 other logins to account from different ip's , Morocco & New York.

Be very cautious! You may think that this is a legit order since the fraudster provides all requested documents, proof of identity, etc. and he seems to have a registered business, but the order is actually fraudulent. We have noticed this person logging in from various IPs from USA, Ukraine, Morocco, Germany, etc. and trying to deploy spam scripts. We had similar orders that almost got us fooled in the past, so you should be very careful even if the order may seem to be legit.

She Ordered a dedicated servers via PayPal (she has a verified PayPal account, I called over the phone provided, and everything looked normal) the payment was OK, first the user connect from US IP (71.194.247.27) and after we have seen a connection to root by and IP 41.143.248.234 (MA/Morocco/-) and according to our T.O.S we asked for extra documents like ID or driver license for security purposes, but the user didn't provide those and to avoid a charge back (because we suspect a fraud) we refund all the amount. So stay away from this user. Of course we lost the costs with the servers and configurations !!!
