Reorganizing as an EU company, rewriting the front-end and back-end code from scratch, adding dozens of new features, and developing better support and customer service; we have been hard at work for more than a year. Soon, companies and end-users will have access to a much better FraudRecord.

It will continue to exist without restrictions. We are not removing any features from new or existing memberships. You will always have access to unlimited reports and queries without ever having to become a paid sponsor. Becoming a sponsor is just a perk, not a necessity, although it will have a lot more features.

Client was able to order with services provisioned and previous entries in FraudRecord went unnoticed due to a new employee provisioning services. He began spamming his second month with us and once reports began to come in, services were immediately terminated. Unfortunately, he was able to do a lot of damage from when he first started spamming to when we caught on and terminated him; 13 IP addresses ended up on multiple blacklists.

We were able to recover some additional funds for the client willfully violating our terms of services/acceptable use policy but he is fighting us with PayPal on the charges. Luckily, we were able to capture not only the spam he was sending but evidence of the blacklistings as well so our odds of winning are probably quite good. The client is also disputing the first and second month's server payment to add insult to injury.

Avoid this client at all costs because the time you will spend on cleaning your IP address ranges and the time need to fight him on disputes simply isn't worth it. Refund him and ban him, do not provision any services if you value your time, reputation, and sanity.

It would obvious this was fraud, Look at the address "CentOS 6 64bit Miami Florida",Placed an order for a dedicated server using PayPal, Made payment, under a different name than the one given on the biilling, requesting additional IP addresses, When asked for reason for additional IP addresses, gave generic response "My service needs additional IP's",
